FRP pipe is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. From inside to outside: FRP inner lining, FRP secondary inner lining, FRP winding layer, and FRP outer protective layer. The winding layer is responsible for the strength and stiffness of the pipeline, and the outer protective layer plays the role of anti-aging, anti-corrosion and anti-sun.
FRP wound pipes have excellent corrosion resistance, long life and light weight. It is a good choice to reduce flow resistance, increase flow velocity and reduce energy consumption. Use a smaller diameter pipe to convey the same flow of fluid, which can increase the flow by about 10% compared with the same size steel pipe; it does not scale, and does not reduce the flow rate for long-term use.
