The ordinary curing time is from several hours to 24 hours. FRP is easy to age and deform during use. It is necessary to have a bracket to support the release agent. It is very tight. Lay a glass fiber cloth on the production model, and paint with natural resin on the front side. A fine cloth is used locally on the cooking surface to make the appearance flat and smooth. The interlayer can use soil cloth.
There are many types of natural resins. Here we introduce a formula based on the prescription: 100 parts of 191 # polyester natural resin, 1 to 5 parts of peroxylated cycloethyl ketone, and 1 to 10 parts of cobalt naphthalate. The specific proportion is selected by the speed of the operation during the manufacturing process and the requirement for the curing time of the natural resin. The number of layers of fiber cloth depends on the volume of the physical object and the structure of the pattern. After being placed for 5-8 hours, it can be demoulded after curing.
